Oscar has over 25 years of commercial property experience, commencing his career at Savills prior to transitioning to the REIT sector where he has worked for a number of Australia’s leading real estate organisations including Macquarie Bank, The GPT Group and most recently Charter Hall as the Head of Leasing.
He holds both a Bachelor of Business and Master of Law from the University of Technology, Sydney as well as Real Estate License in New South Wales.
Having spent several years as the Head of Leasing for Australia’s largest diversified property owner, Oscar has a proven track record in leading retail leasing operations, driving revenue growth, securing positive leasing spreads, reducing monthly lost rent, and optimising portfolio performance. Skilled in negotiating high-value leases, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations all whilst staying on top of market trends to maximise occupancy and profitability.
