James has more than a decade of experience in the retail property sector, with a background spanning both landlord and tenant environments.

He commenced his career in retail leasing in 2013 and has previously worked with several leading retailers and institutional landlords, including Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, Collins Foods (KFC) and QIC.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Management and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Queensland and New South Wales.

 

At Handler Property, James provides strategic advice to landlords, developers and investors across both development projects and established retail assets. His role focuses on helping clients position assets effectively in the market, develop leasing strategies that support asset performance, and guide transactions through to completion.
