Grant Brady is a commercially skilled and well networked Property, Portfolio and Investment Executive with over 35 years of experience spanning Investor Relations, Alternative Real Estate, Commercial Property and all sectors of Retail Property in Australia, the US and UK.
Grant’s career has been deeply rooted in Australia, working for QIC for the last 30 years. Grant commenced his career in 1987, working in Major Property Agency for many years, initially with Neighbourhood Shopping Centre Portfolios before moving into Senior Centre Management roles at Garden City Mt Gravatt and Fairfield Gardens in Brisbane.
Relocating interstate in 1993, Grant joined QIC in Centre Manager roles at Westpoint Shopping Centre and Ashfield Mall in NSW, before helping deliver major redevelopment projects at Hyperdome and Robina Town Centre upon his return to Qld. This was followed by a 2 year posting in London as QIC’s European Asset Manager, working with JV partner ‘Westfield’ on Merry Hill Shopping Centre in Birmingham, UK.
For the last 13 years, Grant has enjoyed roles in Investor Relations at QIC, managing and servicing 40 Domestic and Global Investors, while also playing a key role in US Shopping Centre, Australian and Asian Fundraising across core, and core plus, retail funds. Grant is decisive and forward-thinking, with a passion for leadership, embracing change and thriving on delivering value and results for retailers, internal stakeholders and investors alike.
