He commenced his career in Perth before relocating to Sydney, where he joined iPoh and later Charter Hall. During his 11 years with Charter Hall, Nick served as Regional Leasing Manager, working across assets throughout all Australian states and leading leasing teams responsible for delivering portfolio leasing strategies and achieving key commercial outcomes.

Nick has extensive experience across major shopping centres, high street retail, shopping centre redevelopments and mixed-use precincts, with a strong track record in retailer negotiations, tenant mix optimisation and asset repositioning.

Most recently, as Head of Leasing at Arkadia, Nick was responsible for leasing strategy across a private portfolio including large format retail, high street retail, office and shopping centre assets.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Real Estate Licence in New South Wales.

He holds both a Bachelor Arts as well as Real Estate License in New South Wales.

Most recently, as Head of Leasing at Arkadia, Nick managed a private portfolio of large format retail, high street retail, office, and shopping centres. His strong stakeholder relationships and strategic approach have consistently delivered outstanding results in the retail sector.
