With over 30 years’ experience in property and retail, having started on the ground floor and worked through all levels of business from store, state and senior national levels, Patrick brings a clear perspective on the demands required to achieve success within a commercial environment.

Through his career, Patrick successfully established his own Retail Consultancy firm before moving to General Manager of a national furniture chain, Dare Gallery. He transitioned from retail into Property Management with Vicinity, managing key centres at Brown Plains and Mt Ommaney, and has worked with a number of Queensland property owners, including Retail First and LEDA.

Patrick has extensive retail experience complimented by strong property knowledge which provides him with the ability to connect positively with all stakeholders within the industry.
